  5. Company Meeting Minutes
  6. Articles of Association
  7. Form BorJor.5 (Copy of Shareholders List)
  8. Company Stamp

Documents required for company registration:

  1. Company name in both Thai and English (consistent with each other), 3 names
  2. Company objectives (what the company will do)
  3. Company location map
  4. First page of the house registration and the house owner’s page for company registration
  5. List of shareholders (at least 2 persons)
    • Details of shareholding: number of shares for each person, total shares is 100
    • Names of authorized signatories for company documents
  6. Copies of ID cards of both shareholders
  7. Copies of house registrations of both shareholders
  8. Contact phone numbers of both shareholders

Documents required for VAT registration (PorPor.30):

  1. First page of the house registration for the new company location
  2. First page of the house registration and house owner’s page
  3. Copy of the house owner’s ID card / or property owner
  4. Copy of the company’s land title deed
  5. Copy of the company’s purchase/sale agreement
  6. Copy of the company’s certification document not older than 6 months
  7. Company signboard (can be in Thai, English, or both)
  8. Photos of the company (house where the company is registered)
    • Close-up photo of the entire house
    • Clear close-up photo of the company signboard (should be attached to the house fence or house)
    • Distant photo of the entire house (including surrounding area)
    • Photos of the office inside the house, such as desk, computer (other office equipment, if any)
